If you are always on the go this program is for you. We’ve included eight 10 minute workouts you can do practically anywhere. Of course, you can do this program if you have plenty of space, but if you live in a tiny house, frequently stay in hotels, or spend a lot of time in the car you’ll have the tools to stay mobile in small spaces. In addition to the ten minute workouts, we provide tips on how to move when you are confined to a really small space like a car or airplane and other moves you can do on route somewhere like when you stop to pump gas or are waiting in line. Our small space workouts will give you plenty of ways to keep movement in your schedule throughout even the busiest days.
